One sign that it’s time to let go of an employee.

One way to know it is time to let an employee go is when they have changed to having a negative attitude at work that has not improved after you have talked with them about it.

A negative attitude can be infectious causing an unhappy and unproductive work force as well as giving the company a reputation of being a poor place to work.

If they have a negative attitude with customers or clients, it can cause the business to lose customers and be a detriment to the company’s bottom line.

Once a company has this reputation, it can take a lot of time, energy and money to be once again seen in a positive light.

It is important to address this promptly. After working with the employee, if their attitude is not where it needs to be, it may be time to let them go.
