Getting Organized

Knowing that we were going to be moving, I waited until after Halloween and purchased large black and orange storage containers on sale. And after Christmas purchased large red and green storage containers on sale. When packing everything to move to the new house I put all of our Halloween decorations and costumes and other holiday decorations in their proper container. I also purchased an electronic label maker and labeled what was in each container. In the new house, these things in our basement storage area are now color-coded, labeled and neatly stacked, making it easy to find what we need when we need it.
