When to hire staff

Many business owners feel they need to wait until enough money is coming in before they hire staff.

If you wait until you think you can afford it, you will probably we waiting much too long. If you hire the right person (or people), they will more than pay for themselves.

As a business owner, you should not be doing work that you can hire someone else to do, at a much lower rate than it costs to have you do it. This can free up your time to spend on bringing money into the business and determining and implementing what you need to do to bring your business to a higher level of success.

The old saying “You get what you pay for” can be very true when hiring staff. The key here is to higher the right person at the right pay.
